Es decir, la cobertura, una ventana, la solera o la fachada. En estos puntos hay una resistencia t\u00e9rmica que cambia significativamente respecto al resto del edificio, ya que hay una modificaci\u00f3n de la temperatura o de la densidad cal\u00f3rica.&#13;\n&#13;\n<\/p>\n\n<p><div class=\"s-block-item s-repeatable-item s-block-sortable-item s-blog-post-section blog-section\">&#13;\n<div class=\"container\">&#13;\n<div class=\"sixteen columns\">&#13;\n<div class=\"s-blog-section-inner\">&#13;\n<div class=\"s-component s-text\">&#13;\n<div class=\"s-component-content s-font-body\">&#13;\n&#13;\n<strong>Los puentes t\u00e9rmicos pueden tener un gran impacto en la demanda energ\u00e9tica de un edificio sobre todo cuando se producen cambios de estaci\u00f3n<\/strong>\u00a0y pasan del fr\u00edo al calor o al rev\u00e9s. En nuestro pa\u00eds estos cambios se sufren notablemente, ya que cada cierto tiempo se producen cambios meteorol\u00f3gicos. Si no se tienen bien controlados se pueden detectar humedades o capilaridades, ya que el contraste entre la temperatura dentro y fuera no est\u00e1 bien regulada y se produce la condensaci\u00f3n. Por ejemplo:&#13;\n&#13;\n<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Puentes constructivos:<\/strong>\u00a0se dan cuando hay un cambio de espesor en el cierre.<\/li><li><strong>Puentes geom\u00e9tricos:<\/strong>\u00a0se producen cuando se encuentran dos o m\u00e1s par\u00e1metros en un cierre. A cualquier intersecci\u00f3n se pueden producir y, por ello, los arquitectos e instaladores debemos tener cuidado de dise\u00f1ar y construir espacios lo m\u00e1s limpio posible para evitarlos.&#13;\n&#13;\n<\/p>\n\n<p>As\u00ed pues, los lugares m\u00e1s habituales donde aparecen son:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Las ventanas:<\/strong>\u00a0se pueden localizar en el marco, el vidrio o en el cierre. Cabe decir que ya hace tiempo que las ventanas vienen con un sistema para evitar el puente t\u00e9rmico y aislar mejor el cierre. Este sistema consiste en una pieza que perfila y ayuda a conducir mejor la temperatura.<\/li><li><strong>El caj\u00f3n de las persianas:<\/strong>\u00a0por suerte, cada vez m\u00e1s fabricantes de persianas tienen en cuenta el caj\u00f3n y sus posibles fugas t\u00e9rmicas y ahora ya son m\u00e1s estancos. Tambi\u00e9n es importante tener en cuenta que es mejor colocar una persiana motorizada que de correa, ya que ayuda a mantener m\u00e1s la temperatura.<\/li><li><strong>Los forjados:<\/strong>\u00a0la estructura b\u00e1sica del edificio tambi\u00e9n es importante para evitar la aparici\u00f3n de puentes t\u00e9rmicos.
