Pero, \u00bfcu\u00e1l es la mejor manera de utilizarla? Es conveniente dejarla encendida por la noche? Es muy importante disponer de un termostato programable que marque bien las temperaturas y se pueda graduar seg\u00fan el momento del d\u00eda o de las personas que haya en el interior de la vivienda.&#13;\n&#13;\n<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Se aconseja mantener la temperatura m\u00ednima durante el d\u00eda a 16 o 17\u00baC.<\/li><li>Marcar una temperatura de confort de 20\u00baC cuando haya personas en casa.<\/li><li>Los d\u00edas que haga mucha humedad, se aconseja aumentar un grado la temperatura.<\/li><li>Fijar una temperatura regular por las noches. Evidentemente, lo haremos manteniendo una temperatura agradable y constante. El exceso de calor o pasar fr\u00edo dificulta el descanso durante la noche y puede interrumpir el sue\u00f1o. Por este motivo es tan importante mantener una temperatura constante y agradable en la habitaci\u00f3n. Esta\u00a0<strong>temperatura incide en la calidad del sue\u00f1o<\/strong>. El cuerpo mantiene una temperatura constante durante el d\u00eda y, durante la noche, esta decae unos grados. Adem\u00e1s, durante la etapa REM del sue\u00f1o la temperatura de nuestro cuerpo decae y, si dormimos con una temperatura demasiado elevada no podemos descansar bien. Por eso es importante mantener una temperatura ideal que oscile entre los 18 y los 22\u00baC. De esta manera, y con una temperatura constante, no se pasa fr\u00edo ni altera el ritmo del cuerpo.
